Here in the UK over a quarter of the population are Living With a  long-term health condition or a condition that cannot be cured but only managed. This blog aims to spread positivity and awareness surrounding chronic and long term illnesses, by telling the stories of those living with them. It is not intended to be medical advice, but instead to help those reading with their condition by showing them they they aren't alone, or to help those without a health condition to understand a bit more about what it's like to have one.
